From time to time our work desk surface can become a gathering
location for everything we have on the go. This could include
files, reports and projects we’re currently working on.

Here are eight easy to steps you can use to remedy that messy
disorganized desk of yours and help you become more productive.

1 Remove all times from your desk surface you are not working on.
2 Keep a spiral notebook by your phone.
3 Keep a day planner on your desk and update as required.
4 Keep all supplies in only one drawer.
5 Sort through your files at least once a day.
6 Place your computer at a 90 degree angle to make use of space.
7 Keep an active file, sort and update daily.
8 Take ten minutes at the end of the day to prepare for the next day.
