When attempting to break a habit and starting a new habit, it is
common to fail the first few times. Don’t get discouraged but rather
treat it as a learning experience.

Keep in mind…

Your not a bad person, stay positive in any small changes.

Your not a lazy person.

You don’t lack discipline

Your not lacking ambition.

Remember….

Practice makes perfect and repetition is the mother of perfection.
