Dealing with Personal Paperwork
Here are a few tips to help you deal with your 3P’s (Possible Piles of Papers)
Try to handle all papers only once and follow through to completion.
Divide your paperwork into A-B-C (A-Inbox, B-Working On, C-To File)
Keep a slush file for items that are less important. (articles, conference material etc)
Develop a small filing system. (too many files could be considered more clutter)
Try not print everything out, instead keep soft copies.
Paperwork is always difficult to control.
